1. Mobile Bartending Services

  • Dito's Bartender provides professional mobile bartending services for private and corporate events.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
  • Pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All bartenders are professionally trained and certified in responsible alcohol service.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are transferable to another date within 6 months.
  • We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App, and cash. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid one week before the event.

3. Event Requirements

  • Client must provide adequate and safe space for bar setup.
  • Minimum 2-hour setup time is required before event start.
  • Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and venue approvals.
  • Minimum guest count and duration requirements may apply.
  • Access to water and electricity must be available at the venue.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Dito's Bartender maintains comprehensive liability insurance.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by intoxicated guests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals.
  • Clients may be required to sign a service agreement prior to the event.
  • We follow all local and state alcohol service regulations.

5. Service Policies

  • Valid ID required for all guests consuming alcohol (21+ only).
  • We reserve the right to verify identification.
  • Last call will be made 30 minutes before scheduled end time.
  • Additional hours can be added during the event at our standard rate.
  • All equipment remains the property of Dito's Bartender.
